Syracuse, NY – United Way of Central New York in partnership with COR Development Company, Community Bank, and OneGroup are working together to host United For Moms -- a Mother’s Day drive collecting personal care items for local women in need.
The public is encouraged to drop off personal and self-care care items such as: deodorant, body wash, socks, lip balm, hair accessories, nail care items, tissues, combs/brushes, hand and body lotion at one of the 25 local donation drop off points throughout Central New York. A full list of locations, suggested items, and additional ways to participate can be found at www.unitedformoms.org
All contributions will be sorted, packed, and distributed to local mothers by COR Development and Community Bank employees and United Way volunteers on Friday May 10th just in time for Mother’s Day.
“COR is grateful for the continued support from our community in making a tangible difference in the lives of local mothers.
