Good Life CNY is a talent attraction initiative, created by CenterState CEO in partnership with Advance Media New York, to aid local companies in their search for new employees.
The Good Life combines a targeted, out-bound digital marketing strategy and an interactive website with a next-generation job board to attract and connect job seekers to Central New York’s quality of life and employment opportunities. The website, www.goodlifecny.com, provides companies a resource to aid in their recruitment and hiring. It highlights exciting workplaces and quality of life amenities and attractions, including links to entertainment, real estate, school district information and more.
Among the site’s unique features is a job board available to area employers, Talent Network, including a portal that allows candidates to connect with Central New York employers to share information about their experiences and career interests.
