AccessCNY enhances the quality of life of people with developmental or physical disabilities through a variety of services. Principles are choice, inclusion, empowerment and family involvement. Enable provides individualized clinical, vocational, educational, habilitative, residential, family and personal support services for people with disabilities of any age.
