CenterState CEO offers Training & Education programs on topics including sales, customer service, leadership and business management. CenterState CEO membership allows all employees of the business to attend training and education events at member cost.  

Rising Executive Dialogue

Peer-to-Peer Leadership Development Series

CenterState CEO’s Rising Executive Dialogue is an all new professional development program that creates opportunities for members to share ideas, experiences and opportunities; address business challenges; and gain advanced leadership knowledge in a confidential setting.

Rising Executive Dialogue delivers access to unique content not found in other professional development programs.

Executive Leadership Series

CenterState CEO offers a seven-month comprehensive leadership series. The program is presented by CenterState CEO, with curriculum that combines academic expertise from local colleges and universities with real world insight from some of the region's top business leaders. 

The Executive Leadership Development Series helps executives and rising managers reach the next level by enhancing critical thinking, communication and empowerment skills.

Tech Garden Programs

Tech Meetups

Syracuse Tech Meetups are monthly events focused on learning and networking in Upstate New York. Tech Meetup topics can range from educational opportunities to tech competitions. Local leaders are encouraged to host events and offer attendees the opportunity to learn new skills.

Startup Programs

CenterState CEO offers a number of programs to help start businesses. Successful members are welcomed to act as mentors for these new business owners.  

Committees

Government Relations Committee

As part of this committee, members meet with elected officials and policy makers, explore issues, formulate positions, lead lobbying efforts and sponsor events such as the annual Issues Conference. For more information about the Government Relations Committee, contact Kevin Schwab.
