CenterState CEO can provide fee-based concierge services to individuals or families moving to Central New York. Working with its network of members, CenterState CEO can help your candidate and their families connect to places to live, health care or other services, and familiarize them with the exceptional assets that Central New York has to offer. These services are designed to acclimate your candidate and their family to life in Central New York. CenterState CEO can provide them information on housing, neighborhoods, commercial and cultural resources, natural resources and community services. This can include tours of the community if desired. Services can be offered pre- or post-hire.
Through its fee-based services, CenterState CEO can make “warm contacts” with individuals in its network of 1,500 members and business connections, to help facilitate interviews for members of your candidate’s family. CenterState CEO will use its member network to introduce your candidate’s spouse or partner to employers in need of their skills.
The Good Life is a talent attraction initiative and marketing effort created by CenterState CEO in partnership with Advance Media New York to attract and connect job seekers to Central New York’s quality of life and employment opportunities. It is also a resource used by companies in their recruitment and hiring. Among the site’s unique features is a Talent Network portal that helps facilitate connections between job seekers and hiring managers in Central New York. More than 245 companies use the network as a trusted source to hire top talent.
