The Downtown Living Tour markets the uniqueness and diversity of residential units in downtown. The tour offers something for everyone, from young professionals and empty-nesters looking to live in Downtown Syracuse, to architectural students and those interested in historic preservation, interior design, urban living and more!

The Downtown Living Tour is presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the central business district. The tour builds awareness of the importance of residential development as a key element in a vibrant and successful Downtown and increases opportunities to highlight examples of transformation taking place in Downtown Syracuse.

This year's theme is "Live Downtown for a Day." In addition to highlighting unique residential spaces, the tour will highlight the benefits and amenities of living in Downtown Syracuse through local restaurants' food and drink specials, discounts at local shops, and free admission to Downtown museums for tour attendees.

Tickets are $15 each; children under 10 years of age have free admission.  CLICK HERE for more information and to order tickets
