Barton & Loguidice Announces New Professional Engineers

SYRACUSE, NY – December 28, 2018 – Barton & Loguidice announces that William F. Finch III, Nicholas J. Shrimpton, and Matthew J. Zarbo have received their license as a Professional Engineer in New York State by fulfilling the education, examination and experience requirements. Beginning January 1, 2019 they will be promoted to Project Engineer.

Finch (Chittenango, NY resident) is an engineer in the firm’s Syracuse office. As a member of the Transportation Practice Area, Finch has experience in the fields of highway engineering, design, and construction inspection. He has been with the firm since 2014 after obtaining his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Finch also serves as Treasurer of the Syracuse Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Shrimpton (Auburn, NY resident) is a transportation engineer in the firm’s Syracuse office. He has experience in the fields of bridge engineering and design and has been involved in various aspects of bridge design projects since starting at the firm in 2014. Shrimpton is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He has also obtained professional designations from the Northeast Transportation Training & Certification Program, the New York State Department of Transportation and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Zarbo (Buffalo, NY resident) is an engineer in the firm’s Buffalo office. As a member of the Water/Wastewater Practice Area, Zarbo’s areas of expertise are focused in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. He started at the firm in 2014, after graduating with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
