![]() If recruiting, attracting and retaining diverse talent are priorities for your organization, we invite you to join us for a special screening of “Clusterluck,” a documentary film by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville professor and first-time film producer Dr. Candace Hall. The short, 25 minute film chronicles Dr. Hall’s personal experience in a cluster hire in the university’s School of Education. The film discusses how cluster hiring, a recruitment practice known to increase diversity and promote interdisciplinary collaboration, has helped build and sustain communities. Dr. Hall will join us as our special guest at the event to share more on her experiences. Attendees will watch the film and engage in a panel discussion about cluster hiring with CenterState CEO leadership, the film makers and other experts. A community think tank session will follow the panel on strategies leading to diverse and inclusive strategies. Cost: $25 per person Nonprofit rate: $20 per person
