KHH Adds Staff Members

Klepper, Hahn & Hyatt has added three new members to the firm’s staff.


William Todd Sealy has joined KHH’s site designers, contributing to the firm’s civil engineering and landscape architecture practice. Mr. Sealy has a Master of Landscape Architecture from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of North Alabama. He was most recently a research assistant for the Center for Cultural Landscape Preservation, and served various internships and as a teaching assistant while completing his master’s degree on a scholarship. Mr. Sealy is enrolled in the Citizens Academy sponsored by F.O.C.U.S. Greater Syracuse and the University College of Syracuse University. He and his wife reside in Syracuse.


William M. Carter has joined the staff as an engineering designer. He has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Technology from Herkimer County Community College, and has close to 20 years of experience in various design and project management positions. Mr. Carter supports the engineers in condition assessments, especially for parking garages, through extensive data collection and preparation of CAD drawings. He also performs site visits during construction to review the progress of the repair work. He and his family reside in Middleville, NY.


Jennifer LeComte has been hired as a building envelope assistant. Mrs. LeComte has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and also studied architecture at Drexel University. She has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of architecture and interior design, including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential design projects. She has been a leader with the Girl Scouts of the USA for 20 years, and has also been active with AFS Intercultural Programs. Mrs. LeComte and her family live in Fayetteville.
