CenterState CEO, in partnership with the City of Syracuse, Syracuse University iSchool and Microsoft, hosted the first annual Surge Summit, a two-day online event. Presentations highlighted initial research; progress made to date through the initiative; and discussions with Surge partners on workforce, business development and talent attraction strategies to create an inclusive tech ecosystem in Syracuse.
The summit was made possible with catalyst funding from the JPMorgan Chase AdvancingCities grant, through which CenterState CEO is helping to drive inclusive growth strategies in Surge through workforce development, minority, veteran, women and disabled-owned (XBE) business development and community engagement.
