The Racial Equity and Social Impact (RESI) team exists to build and promote more equitable workplaces in Central New York, and to support meaningful progress on communitywide equity goals. Together we can build a thriving and more robust business community by diversifying companies, creating more inclusive workspaces, and challenging ourselves as leaders to change the status quo.
RESI initiatives are designed to engage companies committed to diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) principles at a deeper level. It is through programmatic offerings, and corporate trainings that your C-suite leadership can develop policy to shift culture, middle managers can think about culturally component leadership and management styles, and employees can think critically about what they know and have learned about race and racism. Companies that support DEI initiatives can thrive and prosper, keep our economy strong, and our future bright.
Racial equity and social impact initiatives, DEI training courses and consultation services from CenterState CEO are available. Contact Dr. Juhanna Rogers at jrogers@centerstateceo.com to learn more.
