Since 2014, Create Upstate has brought together designers and agencies from across New York for one day of real talk, real work, and real connections.

This year's theme is Win the Work. Expect talks from people who've actually done it, a Portfolio Wall built to get you seen, and a happy hour to close things out right.

It's organized by Dan, Ken, and Sarah, three people who care about New York's design community and want to see designers here get hired, get hired again, and get better at winning the work.
