Liberty Resources Announces Promotion

SYRACUSE, NY — Liberty Resources is pleased to announced that Patrick Donegan has been promoted to Assistant Director of Residential Services in its Behavioral Healthcare division.

In his new role, Donegan will oversee residential programs for Mental Health, Substance Use, and HIV Services that provide a safe living environment for people while they connect with community services to address their needs.   He joined the agency in 2018 as the Assistant Program Supervisor of Venture House.
