NYS Dept of Health Commissioner Visits Oswego Health

Commissioner, Dr. James V. McDonald of the NYS Department of Health visited Oswego County today to tour the Lobdell Center for Mental Health & Wellness at Lakeview and hear of the transformation of healthcare delivery and access Oswego Health is doing throughout the community.
