Michael Best has announced our New York City office!  We have combined our practices with Kane Kessler PC.  Kane Kessler, with approximately 40 attorneys based in Manhattan, is widely known for its corporate, securities and capital markets services, among others.  Its diverse client base includes domestic and international Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, start-ups, executives and investors in a variety of disciplines.  It enjoys a superb national and international reputation.

This new Michael Best office will combine the full resources of Kane Kessler with our nationally acclaimed practices in Intellectual Property, Venture Capital, Washington representation, Real Estate Development and all corporate and business legal services.  We are already located in Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Austin, Raleigh and 14 more locations, now including New York!
