Join leaders from Excellus BCBS to learn more about our ongoing work in health equity, community investments, and improving overall community health.

This summit is an interactive event where participants hear from our recent Health Equity Innovation Award recipients about their programs and how the funding has allowed them to positively impact those they serve.

Group discussions will allow you to connect with local organizations to brainstorm ways to form partnerships, align objectives, and identify and understand innovative strategies for improving health-related needs.
