Syracuse to Host First Professional International Esports Tournament 48 Teams From Around the World Arrive for FRAG York at Elite Gaming Arena

SYRACUSE, NY — Syracuse will host its first professional international esports tournament when FRAG York, part of the Fragadelphia Counter-Strike tournament series, takes place March 26–29 at Elite Gaming Arena.

The four-day event will bring 48 competitive teams and players from around the world to Syracuse, including competitors traveling from Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Sweden, Argentina, Canada, and across the United States.

Media outlets are invited to attend and cover the event Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27, when the largest number of competitors will be on site as tournament play begins.

FRAG York is part of the internationally recognized Fragadelphia Counter-Strike tournament series, one of North America’s premier competitive Counter-Strike 2 LAN events. Teams will compete live on a local network in a high-energy arena environment for a $15,000 prize pool, battling through group stages and playoff rounds before the championship final later in the weekend.
