Il logo RESI La divisione Equità razziale e impatto sociale (RESI) lavora per garantire che i processi interni e i programmi esterni del CEO di CenterState riflettano il valore di inclusività dell'organizzazione. Guidata dalla Dott.ssa Juhanna Rogers , questa divisione guida il lavoro del CEO in materia di razza ed equità all'interno dell'organizzazione, della comunità e oltre, compresi i servizi di diversità, equità e inclusione (DEI) per il personale e i membri. RESI si concentra inoltre sullo sviluppo e sull'avanzamento di parametri e processi organizzativi per garantire che gli obiettivi DEI del CEO di CenterState vengano raggiunti.

Nell'ambito delle offerte programmatiche di RESI, il CEO di CenterState offre una suite di servizi di formazione aziendale DEI a pagamento alla comunità imprenditoriale. Questi servizi del DEI includono corsi di formazione per lo sviluppo professionale, sessioni di dialogo e valutazioni organizzative per consentire ai dirigenti di alto livello di sviluppare politiche volte a cambiare la cultura, aiutare i quadri intermedi a pensare alla leadership e agli stili di gestione con componenti culturali e incoraggiare i dipendenti a pensare in modo critico a ciò che sanno e hanno imparato a conoscere la razza e il razzismo.
