参加者間の交流を促進するため、イベントは新たな形式を導入します
この賞は、オスウェゴ地域全体に影響を与えた地域のリーダーを表彰するものです。
グレーター・オスウェゴ・フルトン商工会議所（GOFCC）は、コンステレーション社主催の2026年度年次総会を、オスウェゴのレイク・オンタリオ・イベント＆カンファレンスセンターで開催しました。イベントのテーマは「コミュニティに根ざし、意志を持って立ち上がる」。この総会では、この地域の成長が、明確な戦略、強力な連携、そして未来への共通のビジョンによって推進されていることが強調されました。200名を超える聴衆を前に、GOFCC事務局長のサラ・ブロードウェル氏は、ビジネスコミュニティ全体における成長、粘り強さ、そしてコミットメントのストーリーを共有しました。
2026年の年次総会では、GOFCCのオスウェゴコミュニティにおける110周年と、CenterState CEOとの統合10周年も祝われました。
「今日は単なる節目ではありません。私たちをここに導いてくれた基盤に敬意を表します」とブロードウェルは述べた。 「1世紀以上にわたるリーダーシップと、CenterState CEOとの10年以上にわたるパートナーシップを祝うにあたり、グレーター・オスウェゴ・フルトン商工会議所がこの地域にとってなぜこれほど不可欠な存在なのかを改めて振り返ります。GOFCCは、あらゆる規模の組織を支援し、近隣住民と起業家を結びつけ、オスウェゴ郡のあらゆる声に耳を傾けることで、ビジネスの成功、成長、そして機会の創出に貢献してきたことを誇りに思います。」
このイベントでは、ノベリスのケビン・シュット氏による基調講演が行われました。シュット氏はノベリス北米の製造・生産サポート担当バイスプレジデントです。直近では、地域全体および複数の州にまたがるノベリスの北米工場をサポートし、複数の加工・倉庫施設や飲料包装事業の外部業務を監督しました。現在、シュット氏はノベリスのオスウェゴ熱間圧延工場の復旧作業を主導しています。
NBT銀行がスポンサーとなった基調講演で、シャット氏はノベリス社の自動車業界における世界的なリーダーシップを強調し、オスウェゴ郡における事業の戦略的重要性を強調しました。さらに、最近の火災後の事業環境に関する見解を共有し、直面した課題を振り返るとともに、再建とより強力な企業として復活するための将来を見据えた計画について語りました。
GOFCC はまた、卓越性、長期的な影響、意図的なコミュニティ投資を示した人々を表彰するという GOFCC の取り組みを反映して、次の組織および個人に賞を授与しました。
オスウェゴ郡インパクト＆エクセレンス賞は、オスウェゴ郡モビリティ管理事務所に授与されます。この賞は、革新、成長、そしてオスウェゴ郡の経済や生活の質に目に見える形でプラスの影響を与え、卓越した成果を挙げた中小企業または非営利団体に授与されます。
コミュニティ・リーダーシップ＆レガシー賞は、アルバーツ・グループに授与されます。この賞は、長年にわたるリーダーシップ、投資、または慈善活動によって、オスウェゴ郡のコミュニティの活力、回復力、そして未来に大きく貢献した個人、企業、または組織を表彰するものです。
ナンシー・L・プレモ女性優秀賞が、コンステレーションのマリア・ハドソン氏に授与されました。この賞は、地域社会に意義深い影響を与え、リーダーシップを通して他者を鼓舞し、奉仕、誠実さ、そしてエンパワーメントの価値を体現したビジネス界の女性を表彰するものです。この賞は、センターステートCEOの元人事担当副社長であった故ナンシー・プレモ氏に敬意を表して贈られます。
