Upcoming Market Events - Fulton:

The third annual Fulton Downtown Markets event takes place the opening day of the Fulton Farmers Market, bringing a variety of activities, entertainment and local vendors to downtown Fulton.

The event is presented through a collaboration between the GOFCC, Special Events Fulton and The Art Scene at CNY Arts Center. Attendees can enjoy live music by Kickin' Up Dust Trio, a 63-foot inflatable obstacle course, children's activities, food trucks, local farmers, artists, makers, crafters and downtown businesses.

The market is supported by presenting sponsor Richard S. Shineman Foundation, entertainment sponsor Novelis and community market sponsor Fulton Savings Bank. Community members are encouraged to attend and support local vendors throughout the market season.

Transportation to the Markets Via Oswego County Opportunities!

Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) is excited for the return of its fare-free seasonal Farmers Market routes beginning in mid-July for the fifth consecutive year. This service continues to provide residents with increased access to fresh local produce, community resources and opportunities to support local farmers and markets. Many of the participating markets also accept WIC, FCC, FNMP, Senior SFNMP, veteran coupons and SNAP benefits.

In addition to providing transportation access to the markets, the routes also create opportunities for riders to enjoy other seasonal destinations and events throughout the area, including connections to Harborfest busing areas, Rudy's, fishing and other waterfront attractions and activities.

In the coming weeks, OCO will distribute route brochures along with yard signs that will be placed at each designated pickup location to help promote awareness throughout the community.

OCO appreciates TAC's continued support of this seasonal initiative and looks forward to another successful year serving the community. Organizations, partners and community members are encouraged to share the information with anyone who may benefit from the service.
