De divisie Racial Equity and Social Impact (RESI) zorgt ervoor dat de interne processen en externe programma's van de CEO van CenterState de waarde van inclusiviteit van de organisatie weerspiegelen. Onder leiding van Dr. Juhanna Rogers leidt deze divisie het race- en gelijkheidswerk van de CEO binnen de organisatie, de gemeenschap en daarbuiten, inclusief diensten op het gebied van diversiteit, gelijkheid en inclusie (DEI) voor personeel en leden. RESI is ook gericht op de ontwikkeling en verbetering van organisatorische maatstaven en processen om ervoor te zorgen dat de DEI-doelstellingen van de CenterState CEO worden bereikt.
