View the first of a three-part, professional development experience focused on how businesses and organizations can work toward racial diversity and social impact in Central New York. A panel of local and national experts explore the ambiguity of being a man of color in the workplace.
The session also includes a discussion on the opportunities and challenges that arise at the intersections of culture, authenticity and self-expression. Panelists discuss what it means to be an ally in the workplace, how to be a more inclusive manager or colleague, and how equity work can drive business success.
