The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC), operated by CenterState, advances the business and community interests of the region through advocacy, member services and community enhancements. Its integration with CenterState CEO enables it to be strong chamber dedicated to the needs of the Oswego-Fulton community, while bringing the area prominently into the overall growth of the region.

Sara Broadwell - Executive Director
As Executive Director of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC), operated by CenterState, Sara leads the strategic vision and daily operations of the organization. In this role she is the primary point of contact for member engagement and recruitment, the development of strategic partners, advocacy within the community, management of staff and delivering the highest level of service to all stakeholders. Sara has spent years helping to establish several community-based programs across Oswego County, and has developed strong relationships with Oswego County leaders, business owners and community members.
Sara holds a variety of leadership positions in the community serving on The Children’s Museum of Oswego board of directors and the Buc Booster board of directors. She is also active on the Oswego Health Gala committee and serves on the PTech Governance Committee.
Taylor Davis - Member Engagement & Operations Manager
An Oswego County native, Taylor brings passion and commitment to her work at the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (GOFCC), operated by CenterState. As the Member Engagement and Operations Manager, she works to advance the business and community interests of the region through advocacy, member services and community enhancements. Taylor works in collaboration with the executive director, CenterState CEO staff, chamber members, elected officials and community partners to build a vibrant retail, commercial and residential environment within Oswego County.
Taylor brings a valuable skill set of program planning and implementation combined with her strong network in the local community. She manages the Ambassador Program, an enthusiastic committee of local professionals dedicated to celebrating milestones in the Oswego County business community. She is the key contact for our community focused programs, including Project Bloom, Oswego-Fulton Farmers Market and Oswego County Restaurant Week.

Walk along the river and stop by Lock 3 where boaters still utilize the advantages brought about by the New York State Barge Canal System.
