On this episode of Talk CNY, we’ll talk with two members of our CenterState CEO team Andy Obernesser, Director of Community Investment and Jonathan Link Logan, Senior Manager of Neighborhood Development. Andy and Jonathan talk about the impact of their work and CenterState CEO’s efforts to make our Syracuse neighborhoods more thriving and equitable places. Andy Obernesser is the Director of Community Investment at the CenterState CEO in Syracuse. In that role, he oversees a team facilitating inclusive business and property development projects in distressed urban neighborhoods, supporting historically marginalized clients through a combination of training, technical assistance and access to capital. Before working at CenterState CEO, Andy worked as a consultant in the field of community planning for municipal clients across New York State. Jonathan Link Logan is the Senior Manager of Neighborhood Development at CenterState CEO. In that role, he supports historically marginalized property and business owners navigate development projects in distressed urban neighborhoods as well as benevolent developers of projects that support inclusive growth opportunities. Prior to CenterState CEO, Jonathan worked at a non-profit community design center in Rochester, New York.
