Heat House

Syracuse, NY –  COR Development Company is excited to announce that HeatHouse has signed a lease at Iron Pier at the Syracuse Inner Harbor, further enhancing the area as a destination for wellness, lifestyle, and community-driven experiences.

HeatHouse will occupy 1,756 square feet on the waterfront-facing side of Iron Pier and will introduce a modern infrared heated boutique studio offering Mat Pilates, sculpt, and yoga classes. Designed to elevate both physical and mental well-being, HeatHouse brings together movement, heat, and music to deliver a challenging, detoxifying, and energizing workout experience.

The studio utilizes infrared heat technology, with the room set at approximately 80 degrees while delivering a felt temperature closer to 90 degrees through radiant heat. This approach promotes deeper muscle engagement, increased circulation, and an efficient, sweat-driven workout without the overwhelming intensity of traditional heated studios.

HeatHouse is a sister studio to Spoke Fitness Studio in Fayetteville. While each studio offers a distinct fitness concept, members will be able to receive discounted membership extension rates at both locations, offering greater flexibility and value.

We’re thrilled to introduce this innovative wellness concept to the Syracuse area, combining the benefits of infrared heat with fitness to create a truly unique, first-to-market experiencesaid Ahsley Robinson, Owner of HeatHouse and Spoke Fitness Studio.

Located on the waterfront side of Iron Pier along the Inner Harbor, HeatHouse will join a growing mix of retail, dining, professional, and wellness tenants at Iron Pier, including Meier’s Creek Brewing Company, 315 Beauty Bar, Delmonico Insurance, Sapphire Recruitment, and Café Blue. Together, these businesses contribute to the vibrant, mixed-use environment shaping Iron Pier into one of Syracuse’s most dynamic waterfront destinations.

“HeatHouse adds a strong wellness component to the mix of experiences at Iron Pier. Their infrared-based concept and flexible membership model complement the lifestyle-driven environment we continue to build at the Syracuse Inner Harbor.” said Michael Vavonese, Director of Leasing for COR Development Company.

HeatHouse is scheduled to open at Iron Pier in Spring 2026. For more information on class offerings, memberships, and schedules, visit www.heathousestudio.com To learn more about Iron Pier and upcoming retail, restaurants, and attractions, visit www.thesyracuseinnerharbor.com.
