Oswego Harbor Festivals, Inc. is a not-for- profit organization that has produced one of NYS largest music festivals for the past 31 years as “Oswego Harborfest.” Harborfest is a 4-day, admission free, music festival that is scheduled for the last full weekend of July in the city of Oswego. Annual attendance for the past several years has been approximately 75,000 people. For 2019, Harborfest is planning for over 30 music performances and attractions that will be showcased in several parks throughout the city. In addition to this there will be a spectacular fireworks display on Saturday evening, a midway and a plethora of vendors (arts & crafts, food, marketing, commercial, and Taste NY) that should provide all that attend a very memorable experience.
