Through its Nave Cares initiative, the Nave's Neighbors program spotlights organizations that strengthen the community through service, collaboration, and meaningful support. Each month, Nave Law amplifies one organization's mission and impact to help raise awareness and encourage community engagement.
Nascentia Health provides a full continuum of home and community-based healthcare services to thousands of individuals across Central New York each year. From skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies to managed long-term care and social support, Nascentia's mission is to meet people where they are — helping them remain in their homes, maintain independence, and thrive at every stage of life.
As a nonprofit organization with a nonprofit Foundation, Nascentia Health addresses one of the most significant gaps in modern healthcare: the ability for individuals to age in place and manage complex health conditions outside of institutional settings. Too many people in this region face illness, disability, or financial hardship without adequate support. Nascentia bridges that gap by bringing expert care, compassion, and resources directly to where people live.
This August, Nave Law is partnering with Nascentia Health for a Formula and Diaper Drive, collecting donations throughout the month at its downtown Syracuse office. For families navigating medical and financial challenges simultaneously, access to basic necessities can become an additional burden. This drive is an opportunity for the community to provide direct, tangible support.
