The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce manages its OsweGO marketing campaign throughout the year. This community initiative promotes small and local businesses throughout Oswego County with the generous support of the Richard S. Shineman Foundation.

The Richard S. Shineman Foundation focuses on improving the quality of life in the communities it serves, particularly within Oswego County. It collaborates and partners with organizations, like the GOFCC, to advance mutual goals of improving the quality of life and the future of Oswego County.
