The future of innovation lives here. You can be a part of it.
The Central New York region is experiencing investment and momentum not seen in decades. Expanding CenterState CEO’s business incubator facility at 235 Harrison Street will enable Syracuse to meet the pace of its rapid tech industry growth needed to meet this moment. This new facility will not only expand and enhance services, but also reimagine who is served and how to drive more equity and inclusivity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

A History of SuccessOnce a collapsed parking garage, The Tech Garden is now an integral part of Central New York’s growing innovation and startup economy. Despite these humble beginnings, CenterState CEO’s The Tech Garden has surpassed the typical lifespan of a tech startup incubator. Since its doors first opened in 2005, CenterState CEO has supported hundreds of firms, and invested millions of dollars in their growth through its programming. Tech Garden entrepreneurs are drivers of the region’s high-tech innovation economy. Several of those startups, such as Impel (attracting a $100+ million equity investment, expanding its headquarters in downtown Syracuse, and now employing 150), TCGplayer (a fast-growing tech company fueling the hobby gaming industry bought by eBay), and Density (Syracuse’s first “unicorn” valued in 2022 at over $1 billion), have grown to become significant players in their industries. |
