30 Years Strong: Celebrating Luisa Capsello
When she joined Eastern Security 30 years ago, Luisa didn’t know where her path would lead. What started as a leap into an unfamiliar industry became a career built on service, trust, and leadership.
"I don't consider myself a salesperson— I'm a consultant. I love meeting new people and helping them protect what matters most."
She’s grown alongside Eastern, watching it evolve from one office and 12 central station operators to four branches, backed by 3 state-of-the-art monitoring centers.
She’s navigated decades of evolving tech, industry shifts, and customer needs with one constant: listening first, leading with integrity, and following through.
In a field still largely led by men, she’s become a trusted presence and a quiet force— mentoring others, exceeding quotas, and proving that success in security isn’t just about sales, it’s about making people feel protected and heard.
"The best advice I ever got? Listen. That's where trust starts."
Luisa's advice to those just getting started in the industry: stay positive, network, build relationships, and stay motivated.
To us at Eastern, she’s a teammate, a role model, and a pillar of what it means to grow with a company and shape its future.
Please join us in celebrating her 30 years of service, leadership, and heart.
