ROME, NY – JUNE 03, 2024: AmeriCU Credit Union is excited to announce its participation in the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s Homebuyer Dream Program Plus (HDP Plus) *. This initiative offers eligible first-time homebuyers the opportunity to receive a grant of up to $7,500 to assist with down-payment and closing costs. The grant funding will be available until August 30, 2024, or until funds are exhausted.
AmeriCU offers educational resources and personalized guidance, helping buyers navigate the complexities of purchasing a home. Individuals can benefit from the HDP Plus by receiving essential financial assistance, to make homeownership more affordable and attainable. Homeownership through this program means more than just having a place to live; it represents an investment in one’s future, providing stability and the opportunity to build equity.
