Barton & Loguidice Announces the Promotion of Seven Central New York Residents

Barton & Loguidice (B&L), a multi-disciplinary consulting firm that provides technical solutions to public and private clients with 350 employees throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, announces that seven professionals in the Syracuse, New York office have received Senior Promotions.

Mark Budosh, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Baldwinsville, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Budosh is a member of Barton & Loguidice’s Transportation Practice Area based in the firm’s Syracuse office.

Anthony DaRin, P.E., has been promoted to Principal of the firm. A resident of Manlius, New York, he received his AS degree in Engineering Science from Canton College and his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Union College. DaRin is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and the firm’s Transportation Practice Area based in the Syracuse office.

Cheryl Darrh has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Clay, New York, she received her B.S. degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College. Darrh is a member of the firm’s Accounting and Finance department out of the Syracuse office.

Christian Lawton, P.E., LEED AP®, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. A resident of Tully, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University. Lawton is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area based in the Syracuse office.

Jeffrey Reed, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Lenox, New York, he received his B.S. and M.E. degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University. Reed is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area based in the Syracuse office.

Jesse Semanchik, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Fayetteville, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware and his M.A. degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Semanchik is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area working from Barton & Loguidice’s Syracuse office.

Bryan Tremblay, P.E., has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Onondaga, New York, he received his B.A. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Tremblay is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area based in the Syracuse office.
