BARTON & LOGUIDICE ANNOUNCES SENIOR LEVEL PROMOTION FOR 2022

Barton & Loguidice, (B&L), a northeast regional engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture firm announces that 17 members of the firm’s Syracuse office have received a senior level promotion in 2022.

 

Michelle A. Scott, has been promoted to Senior Project Accountant. A resident of Memphis, NY she received her B.S. degree in Accounting from SUNY Oswego. Michelle is a member of the firm’s Accounting & Finance department out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Nicholas J. Gallipeau, has been promoted to Senior Project Accountant. A resident of Liverpool, NY he received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego. Gallipeau is a member of the firm’s Accounting & Finance department out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Lauren M. Livermore, P.E., BCEE, has been promoted to Senior Managing Engineer. A resident of Liverpool, NY she received her B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. Livermore is a member of the firm’s Asset Management Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Jeffrey J. Reed, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Canastota,NY, he received his B.S. and M.E. degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University. Reed is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

David P. Mitchell, P.E., has been promoted to Chief Engineer. A resident of Cazenovia, NY he received his A.A.S. degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, and B.S. degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Mitchell is a member of the firm’s Facilities Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Christopher J. Murphy, has been promoted to Recruiting Manager. A resident of Liverpool, NY he received his B.S. degree in Psychology & Exercise Science from St. Lawrence University. Chris is a member of the firm’s Human Resources department out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Andrea L. Drapeau, SHRM-CP, has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Baldwinsville, NY she received her B.S. degree in Marketing from Ithaca College and M.S. degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University. Drapeau is a member of the firm’s Human Resources department out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Brenda Gray, has been promoted to Marketing Production Manager. A resident of Clay, NY she has been a member of the firm for nearly 37 years. Gray has been a member of the firm’s Marketing department out of the Syracuse, NY office for 23 years.

 

Cory J. McDowell, P.E., LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Ilion, NY he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. McDowell is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Charles A. White, P.E., LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Fayetteville, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky. White is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

William F. Finch III, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. A resident of Chittenango, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Finch is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Zachary P. Dale, I.E., has been promoted to Senior Staff Engineer. A resident of Syracuse, NY he received his B.S. degree in Economics, a B.S. in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Dale is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Alexander S. Kerr, P.E., PTOE, has been promoted to Managing Engineer. A resident of Liverpool, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a M.S. degree in Transportation Systems Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Kerr is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Mark C. Budosh, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Baldwinsville, NY he received his A.A.S degree in Civil Engineering from Broome County Community College and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Budosh is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Bryan M. Tremblay, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Onondaga, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Tremblay is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

 

Jesse D. Semanchik, P.E., has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Fayetteville, NY he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware and a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
