Barton & Loguidice Announces Staff Promotions for 2021

SYRACUSE, NY – January 15, 2021Barton & Loguidice (B&L), a northeast regional engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture firm announces that twelve members of the firm’s Syracuse office have received promotions in 2021.

Carley E. Foland, has been promoted to Human Resources Specialist. A resident of Brewerton, NY, she received her B.S. degree in Business, Management, Economics, from SUNY Empire State College. Foland is a member of the firm’s Human Resources Department.

Mary E. O’Leary, has been promoted to Senior Project Accountant. A resident of North Syracuse, NY, she received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. O’Leary is a member of the firm’s Accounting & Finance Department.

Walter B. Grosvenor, Jr., has been promoted to Senior CAD Technician. A resident of Elbridge, NY, he received his A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Technology from Cayuga Community College. Grosvenor is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area.

Gordon R. Rowe, has been promoted to Engineering Designer II. A resident of Liverpool, NY, he received his A.O.S. degree in Occupational Studies, Drafting from SUNY Alfred. Rowe is a member of the firm’s Water/ Wastewater Practice Area.

Ryan S. Biel, has been promoted to Industrial Hygienist I. A resident of Syracuse, NY, he received his A.S. degree in Environmental Technology from Onondaga Community College and his B.S. degree in Environmental Science & Ecology from SUNY Brockport. Biel is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.

Joseph R. Cavallaro, has been promoted to Industrial Hygienist I. A resident of Baldwinsville, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Biology from SUNY Oswego. Cavallaro is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.

Alexander T. Hess, I.E., has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Marcellus, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from SUNY ESF. Hess is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Practice Area.

Evan T. Cobb, has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Mohawk, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Institute of Technology. Cobb is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area.

Mason J. Hedeen, has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Whitesboro, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Polytechnic Institute. Hedeen is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Practice Area.

Emily K. Procopio, P.E., has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Liverpool, NY, she received her B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the Syracuse University. Procopio is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Practice Area.

Kristopher M. Mills, P.E., has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Syracuse, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from SUNY University at Buffalo. Mills is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area.

Joshua R. Thomas, I.E., has been promoted to Staff Engineer. A resident of Syracuse, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Thomas is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.
