BioSpherix CEO, Ahmed Mustafa Offering Boater Safety Classes in 2026

New York State requires all boat and personal watercraft (jet ski) operators to hold a Safe Boating Certificate.

BioSpherix CEO and Maritime Captain, Ahmed Mustafa, is excited to announce his first three in-person Safe Boating Courses for Spring 2026:

  • February 22 – RIT Inn and Conference Center, Henrietta, NY

  • March 29 – RIT Inn and Conference Center, Henrietta, NY

  • April 12 – BioSpherix, Parish, NY

The in-person courses go beyond meeting the state requirement. Participants learn directly from two experienced Captains who regularly navigate New York State waterways, with opportunities for real-time questions, discussion, and practical insight.

Many past students have shared that after completing online courses, they still didn’t feel fully prepared—and found significant value in the hands-on instruction and real-world perspective offered in our classroom setting.
