Boulter Industrial Contractors Recognized for Workforce Development Initiatives

Our commitment to workforce development was never simply about finding talent. From the beginning, it was rooted in a desire to help those uncertain about a career path in the trades discover the opportunities available to them. "This award extends beyond what we've accomplished in a single year. It represents years of hard work, advocacy, and a genuine commitment to addressing a growing issue that affects not only our industry but the entire economy," says Brittany Bachman, VP of Sales & Marketing at Boulter Industrial Contractors. Bachman is stepping in as the Chair of the SC&RF's Workforce Development Committee where she will continue leading strategic discussions focused on expanding industry workforce programs and initiatives to growing our great industry.
