CiTi BOCES & Cornell Cooperative Extension Announce the 3rd Annual Agriculture Day Expo

Posted on September 10, 2025

CiTi BOCES, in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, is excited to host the 3rd Annual Agriculture Day Expo on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the CiTi BOCES Main Campus in Mexico, NY.

The Agriculture Day Expo introduces students in 8th grade (and above) to the wide range of agricultural careers and educational pathways available across Oswego County. Throughout the day, students will explore exhibits, connect directly with local professionals, and gain hands-on insights into the work shaping our region’s agricultural industry. This annual program helps to show today’s youth the diversity within local agriculture, as well as to connect them to the CiTi BOCES Agriculture Studies Program.

Who will be involved?

  • Farm businesses
  • Value-added producers
  • Farm associations
  • Agriculture agencies
  • Agribusinesses
  • CiTi BOCES Ag & Culinary Programs
  • Community organizations
  • Colleges & schools

We are currently seeking participants for this year’s expo! There is no cost to participate. Each vendor will be provided with one table, chairs, and access to power. This event is a great opportunity to invest in the next generation and to network across the agriculture community.

Hope to see you there!
