Megan Schneider, Sr. Director of Upstream Marketing at Baxter will share what it takes to successfully launch a new product. Focus of the discussion will be around “Where to Play” and “How to Win.” Launching a new product requires a thoughtful, collaborative process to work through a strategy for success. “Where to Play” will consider: Financial Goals, Market Development Assessment, Market Research, Customers and Competitive Landscape. “How to Win” will consider: Product Benefits, Value Proposition, Positioning, Required Evidence, Pricing and Launch Strategies. The last part of “How to Win” will focus on Tactics, Budget, Marketing Plans and KPIs. All coming together in an Executive Summary that helps communicate the final strategy to key stakeholders.
