Dermody, Burke & Brown Announces the Addition of a New Principal

SYRACUSE, NY – Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC has added Lester Burt, CPA as a new Principal.

Lester S. Burt, CPA has been promoted to Principal in the Audit & Accounting Department. Lester has over fourteen years of experience in public accounting.  His areas of practice include Family-owned businesses, consulting, construction contracting, manufacturing, and retirement plans.  

Lester received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.  Lester is a past board member of Helping Hounds Dog Rescue and currently serves on Americu Credit Union’s supervisory committee. Lester is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
