SYRACUSE, NY – Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC recently hired Laura J. Christopher, CPA in the Syracuse office.
We are excited to announce Laura has joined our team as a Senior Manager in the Tax Department.
Laura brings more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, working across a wide range of industries and business structures. She partners with business owners and high-net-worth individuals to navigate complex tax planning matters and optimize financial outcomes.
Her background spans construction, manufacturing, commercial real estate development, and professional services, giving her a broad perspective and a practical approach to solving tax and business challenges.
Laura graduated from State University of New York at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is involved in the community as a Board Member and Treasurer of Baltimore Woods Nature Center and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
