DisrUpstate Leadership Summit 2026 | June 12 - 14

DisrUpstate Announces June Leadership Retreat Hosted in Old Forge DisrUpstate Leadership Summit, a three-day weekend retreat, brings people together across industries, roles and regions to talk honestly about what leadership actually looks like right now.
OLD FORGE, New York, April 28, 2026 — DisrUpstate, a regional host of leadership events, is excited to announce the continuation of our Disrupt event series with the three-day DisrUpstate Leadership Summit.
Key Events:

● Not Your Average Company Picnic: Friday, June 12, 2026 – Evening event at OUTER SPACE with live music by Part-Time Genius and leadership-focused table talks.

● Disrupt North Country 2.0: Saturday, June 13, 2026 – All day, open air conference at OUTER SPACE featuring eight speakers, the Future of Small Business panel and wellness workshop.

● Weekend Pass Breakfast and Awards: Sunday, June 14, 2026 – Group breakfast hosted at Front Door Diner with awards, raffles and parting words.

“These events are about leadership, business growth, and the communities that fuel them,” said Lindsay Mastrogiovanni, founder of DisrUpstate and CEO of ConsciousHR. “We give the mic to innovators, workplace rebels, and truth tellers who aren’t afraid to question the status quo.”

The event kicks-off at OUTER SPACE, an outdoor Adirondack music venue in Old Forge, with the Not Your Average Company Picnic. Designed for both Summit-goers and locals, the picnic offers space for all to unwind. Leadership-themed table talks and yard games start the evening, with dinner from Archie’s Alley and live music by Part-Time Genius following.

Continuing at our outdoor venue, Saturday begins with Disrupt North Country 2.0, an unconventional take on keynote presentations and part of the global DisruptHR movement. Hosted in over 250 cities worldwide, DisruptHR flips the script on traditional conferences- speakers get five minutes, 20 auto-advancing slides and one bold idea to challenge the way we work and lead. Following lunch, the event rounds out with the Future of Small Business panel and an interactive wellness workshop. Weekend pass holders have additional opportunities for Adirondack exploration with exclusive outdoor excursions.

DisrUpstate has rapidly established itself as a regional leader in leadership and workforce development programming, growing its flagship DisruptHR Syracuse event by 160% from 2024 to 2025 and expanding its portfolio of community-centered leadership experiences across Central New York.
