DisrUpstate Announces 2025 DisruptHR Events in North Country and Syracuse
Upstate New York business leaders invited to bold, high-energy events shaking up how we think about leadership and people strategy.

Syracuse, NY — August 30, 2025 — DisrUpstate is putting a spotlight on bold ideas and leadership innovation with two major 2025 events: DisruptHR North Country on September 25, 2025 at The Strand Theater in Watertown, NY, and the third annual DisruptHR Syracuse on November 13, 2025 at the INSPYRE Innovation Hub in Syracuse, NY.

Part of a global movement that has spread to over 200 cities worldwide, DisruptHR flips the script on traditional conferences. Speakers get five minutes, 20 auto-advancing slides, and one bold idea to challenge the way we work and lead. Each event draws a high-energy crowd of executives, HR pros, entrepreneurs, and business owners eager for conversations that spark real change.

“These events aren’t just about HR, they’re about leadership, business growth, and the communities that fuel them,” said Lindsay Mastrogiovanni, Founder of DisrUpstate and CEO of ConsciousHR. “DisruptHR gives the mic to innovators, workplace rebels, and truth tellers who aren’t afraid to question the status quo. The talks are fast, sharp, and memorable, and the connections you make in the room are just as powerful.”

Why You Shouldn’t Miss Either Event

North Country’s first-ever DisruptHR will light up The Strand Theater, a historic and beloved venue in the heart of Watertown. This debut event brings global DisruptHR energy to a region known for its strong business community, offering local leaders a unique platform to connect, share, and disrupt together.

The third annual DisruptHR Syracuse will be hosted at INSPYRE Innovation Hub, Central New York’s reimagined entrepreneurial epicenter and the largest business incubator in New York State. Formerly The Tech Garden, INSPYRE now offers over 90,000 square feet of coworking, makerspaces, and event facilities, making it the perfect stage for a night that celebrates bold leadership and community impact.

Networking, Sponsorship & Vendor Opportunities

Both events will feature robust networking sessions and vendor spaces, giving sponsors unmatched access to an audience of executives, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from across Upstate New York. Year-round sponsorship packages extend visibility beyond these nights, creating opportunities through DisrUpstate’s leadership media, workshops, and events.
