Doug Sweet Joins RMS as Administrative Office Coordinator

(BALDWINSVILLE, NY) — Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) is pleased to announce newly hired Doug Sweet as Administrative Office Coordinator.

Doug serves as the primary contact for general office operations, which includes administrative duties, human resource functions and project establishment/management functions. His goal is to ensure smooth operation within RMS while entrusted with confidential information.

Prior to joining RMS, Doug worked at Bed Bath & Beyond for nearly 25 years in positions ranging from store level manager to District and Regional Operations Manager then Regional Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement for the Central Territory.

“Doug is a wonderful addition to the RMS team. He brings his drive, proven experience, commitment to business excellence as well as strong problem-solving skills. In his HR capacity, Doug is focused on strengthening the cohesiveness of the team and operationally, Doug is focused to develop and enhance operational processes to achieve sustainable organizational goals.  I am excited to work with Doug and to see the fruits of his labor. Doug is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and has a Project Management – LEAN Process Certification and looks forward to using his experiences in operations and Six Sigma to help streamline office processes to enable the RMS team to maximize operations,” shared Susan Maxsween, Vice President, Healthcare Operations and Consulting.

A Wellsville, New York, native, Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from State University of New York College at Fredonia. In his free time, Doug enjoys reading and his favorite vacation destination is anywhere that a cruise ship can visit! Currently, Doug resides in the Radisson community, just outside the village of Baldwinsville.
