Due Diligence work takes many forms. Traditional investors, venture funds, and strategic partners for anything larger than a Safe Round will all ask for your Due Diligence work before committing themselves. Starting this work early keeps it easier and more affordable than trying to assemble the documentation retroactively. This session will examine the categories of Due Diligence needed for these engagements, the overlap with your existing diligence for compliance, existing systems for creating due diligence data rooms and a due diligence checklist.
