This feature of CEO Insights spotlights local companies that are “Economic Champions” because of their success in adding jobs; expanding their products or services; advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; gaining national recognition or contributing to the success of the region in special ways.

Eagle Metalcraft Inc.

Eagle Metalcraft, a veteran-owned small business, is a full-service precision metal solution provider, performing high quality precision sheet metal fabrication; welding; maximum efficiency CNC machining and turning; and superior custom welding, powder coating, paint finishing and silk screening.

The company provides skills and expertise to assist customers through the entire design process, from prototype improvements to computerized concepts, carefully working from drawings and electronic files to make products more cost effective and aesthetically pleasing.

The company celebrates 70 years in business in 2023. In the past year, Eagle Metal Craft expanded its workforce, invested in operations due to growth and was nominated as an SBA Business of the Year for New York. It has grown sales by more than 45% over the last two years, and increased its profit margin in the last year due to continuous improvement and lean training and applications, enabling the company to maintain competitive pricing during the currently supply chain driven volatility.

Eagle Metalcraft regularly invests in employee training to increase capabilities and create a safer work environment, while also improving moral and capability. This focus on continuous improvement, staff training and professional development has increased Eagle Metalcraft’s ability to support local customers and create more local jobs in the region. To further its efforts to support and grow the skill trades and job growth in the community, Eagle Metalcraft supports MACNY's veteran services and Partners for Education & Business, as well as efforts to bring awareness of the trades to local schools.

Eagle Metalcraft strives to maintain our “old world craftsmanship,” reputation while producing the highest quality precision metal products. Learn more at https://eaglemetalcraft.com.
