Elizabeth Stapleton, CPA recently joined Dermody, Burke & Brown, CPAs, LLC as a Manager in the tax department.
Elizabeth specializes in trust and estate accounting, tax and advisory services. She joins the firm with years of experience in public accounting. Before transitioning into accounting, she practiced trusts and estates, elder, and real estate law for a private practice law firm. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Public Accounting Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
Elizabeth is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Bar Association. She resides in North Bay, New York.
