EMERGENT IS EXPANDING SERVICES TO SUPPORT CNY LEADERS

Posted on June 30, 2020

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK: The Emergent team - with our strategic mission to serve the community of leaders in Central New York - is excited to announce that we have achieved certification in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a 360-degree leadership assessment which integrates key information in a way that brings fundamental issues to the surface instantly.

The LCP shines a light on leadership effectiveness, connecting patterns of action with habits of thought.  The assessment bridges multiple well-researched leadership competencies with underlying and motivating habits, helping leaders quickly uncover key issues and determine what is working, what is not, and why.

LCP is the only competency-based 360-degree profile that measures two primary leadership domains: creative competencies and reactive tendencies.

The LCP is designed to measure both behavior and thinking. In addition to measuring key competencies, it measures underlying beliefs and assumptions—the habits of thought that run much of our behavior. In this way, it naturally leads to insight into the underlying emotional/cognitive process that runs patterns of behavior. When the client can get insight into this, they are in a much higher leverage place to make transformative change.”
