The Emergent team is happy to announce the upcoming launch of the Leadership Collective, an experience designed for leaders seeking continuous learning, meaningful dialogue, and practical application.

Emergent is a leadership and development organization in Central New York helping leaders raise consciousness, strengthen performance, and create meaningful transformation in the organizations and communities they serve. Through coaching, leadership development, retreats, and team experiences, we help people move from insight to intentional action.

The Leadership Collective is our latest offering in service of that purpose—a leadership-focused learning community with sessions and facilitated conversations you can engage with on your own terms.

Connect with leaders who are navigating similar pressures, questions, and opportunities. Engage in focused sessions designed for reflection, discussion, and practical application. Join in person or remotely, while participating as much or as little as you wish. Leave each session with ideas, tools, and perspectives you can use with your team right away.
