Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and WellNow Urgent Care Execute a Provider Contract Agreement Effective Nov. 15, 2024

Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (Excellus BCBS) and WellNow Urgent Care (WellNow) have executed a new provider contract agreement. As of Nov. 15, 2024, WellNow will rejoin the Excellus BCBS provider network.

Members will have in-network access to WellNow’s urgent care facilities effective Nov. 15, 2024.

Members with questions about their benefits or coverage at WellNow can call Excellus BCBS Customer Care using the number on the back of their member card. For more provider contract updates, please visit ExcellusBCBS.com/NetworkUpdates.
