Country Smoked

Central Square, NY – The Nielsen Family, owners of Country Glazed, along with Chuck Orlando and Nick Ford,
owners of Limp Lizard BBQ, are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Country Smoked BBQ & Fixins’,
bringing a fresh BBQ experience to their community. Inspired by a vision to bring people together after their
donuts and coffee have been enjoyed, the Nielsen Family turned to a trusted ally, Chuck Orlando, a longtime
family friend renowned for growing Limp Lizard through community and quality food.

Chuck Orlando, along with his partner Nick Ford, eagerly embraced the roadside BBQ concept envisioned by the
Country Glazed family. Fueled by passion, one old shack, several late nights, and endless laughter, Country
Smoked BBQ & Fixins’ was born. With heart and soul poured into their craft, Limp Lizard’s pit masters bring the
smoke, while the Nielsen family infuses the genuine hospitality, they are renowned for.

Country Smoked BBQ & Fixins’ is proud to make its mark in Central Square, and this is just the beginning! In
addition to their standard menu items, they will be offering exciting weekly specials, ensuring there’s always
something new to try. Rain or shine, it’s pit to plate every day, serving up fresh-off-the-smoker delights until
they’re gone. The doors will be open through the fall, Thursday to Sunday, from 12pm until gone.

Come join us at 548 S Main St, Central Square, NY, and experience the irresistible allure of Country Smoked BBQ
& Fixins’. We can’t wait to see you there!

“We are excited to bring the authentic flavors and spirit of BBQ to Central Square. Our partnership with the
Nielsen Family is a testament to our commitment to quality food and community engagement. We can't wait to
share the irresistible allure of Country Smoked BBQ & Fixins’ with everyone!” said Nick Ford, Co-owner of Limp
Lizard BBQ.
